What is MIA Sprint Performance?
The MIA Sprint Performance program at MIA Elite Academy is designed to enhance sprinting mechanics, agility, and overall athletic performance for young athletes. This 8-week progressive training focuses on refining sprinting form and mechanics, building up to top-end speed with a focus on the drive phase. Athletes will also work on improving coordination, speed, and explosive power to elevate their on-field performance.
Participants will receive valuable feedback from Coach Wynton during training sessions to help track progress and refine technique. Athletes will also receive written notes at the end of the training to detail their progression and help push them to the next level. This program is ideal for athletes aiming to maximize their speed and agility for any sport.

Introducing Wynton El
Wynton El- Specializing in Sprint mechanics and Agility
Wynton brings extensive experience and a proven track record to his role as a sprint and agility coach. His career is marked by significant achievements, including setting the United States Naval Academy Freshman 100-meter dash record in the summer of 2010. This accomplishment underscores his remarkable speed and determination.
Before this milestone, Wynton won the New Mexico State Championship in the Indoor Track 60-meter dash in February 2009, demonstrating his prowess in short-distance sprints. His athletic capabilities also shone in soccer; from 2004 to 2009, he was recognized as one of the top 18 players in New Mexico for his age group through the Olympic Development Program (ODP), showcasing his agility and coordination on the soccer field.
Additionally, Wynton qualified for the Junior Olympic Nationals in the 100-meter dash in the summer of 2009, further highlighting his competitive spirit and natural talent for sprinting.
With this impressive background, Wynton not only trains athletes but also serves as an inspiration, utilizing his personal achievements to motivate them.
